I have been a RN for 36 years. I have worked mostly with aging adults and Mental Health and Wellness. Happy Friday Ladies! I started with this gel about 6 weeks ago and really just wanted to see if it would help me sleep better. Not only am I sleeping better but I am starting to see some serious changes to my body. My hair is thickening, my nails are growing like crazy but my SKIN...omg my skin looks and feels amazing. I have been seeing a dermatologist having laser treatment done for acne and broken vessels and I was even considering coughing up $600-$1000 for injected fillers to lift my cheeks and reduce my under eye bags and dark circles.

I’m in my 9th week and I have lost 8lbs and my sugar cravings have lessened dramatically. I am sleeping so good and my dreams are so life like and I fall asleep

🙄 I thought I was waking up to go to the bathroom, but I now realize I was waking up because I wasn’t in a deep enough sleep! I’m not tired in the mornings and have the ability to get up quickly whereas before I really struggled to get going! Another thing my husband actually pointed out recently is when we hike we are up and down a few rocky hills as we walk the foothills of the mountains where we live and I would have to stop because I was out of breathe (I use to pretend I was admiring the view

I defiantly have more energy and excited to have blood work in in a few weeks to see where my thyroid levels are as I have Hashimotos!
